1. Terms & Conditions

  • All orders are subject to availability, verification, and acceptance.
  • We reserve the right to modify, cancel, or limit orders at our discretion, including due to pricing errors, stock limitations, or suspected fraudulent activity.
  • Product descriptions and images are as accurate as possible, but slight variations may occur due to display settings or manufacturing processes.
  • Props used in product images are for display purposes only and not included in the purchase.
  • All standard orders require 100% advance payment at the time of booking (subject to approval).
  • Deliveries are made within 45 to 60 working days post-payment clearance. For cheque payments, delivery occurs {xx} working days after the funds are cleared.
  • No order cancellations are accepted once payment is received (subject to approval).

  • Over and Above reserves the right to:

    • Adjust pricing.
    • Reduce order quantities.
    • Defer or cancel deliveries.
    • Cancel orders at its sole discretion.

2. Return & Exchange Policy

We understand that sometimes things don’t work out. Here's how returns and exchanges are handled:

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Returns and exchanges must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with all tags and accessories intact.
  • A valid proof of purchase (invoice or confirmation) is required.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Customized or made-to-order products.
  • Clearance or discounted items.
  • Personal care or hygiene products (e.g., pillows, bedding).
  • Items damaged due to misuse or mishandling.

  • Items will be inspected before approval of refund or exchange.

Exchanges:

  • Exchanges allowed for size, color, or different products of equal or higher value (additional charges may apply).

3. Refund Policy

  • Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.
  • Shipping/handling charges are non-refundable, unless due to an error on our part (wrong or defective item).
  • No refund will be applicable for "change of mind" if the correct item was delivered in perfect condition.
  • If delivery is delayed by the customer beyond {xx} days from the original delivery date, the order is considered cancelled, and {xx%} cancellation charges will apply.

4. Cancellation Policy

By Customer:

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement or before dispatch, whichever comes first.

If already shipped, the order cannot be cancelled and falls under the return policy.

By Over and Above:

We may cancel an order due to:

  • Stock unavailability.
  • Payment failure or verification issues.
  • Pricing or description errors.
  • Suspected fraudulent activity.

If cancelled, any amount paid will be fully refunded.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your product arrives damaged or incorrect, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photo evidence. We’ll arrange a free replacement or issue a full refund.

6. Shipping & Pick-Up

  • Free return pick-up is available in selected locations.
  • In other areas, customers may bear return shipping costs.
  • Items must be securely packed to prevent transit damage.
